After the payment confirmation you'll receive your files via e-mail.

CAN I RECOLOR YOUR OBJECTS?
Only those we offer for FREE. ( see the policy info & Terms here) .
Donation objects/sets ARE NOT ALLOWED to clone, retexture, recolor & modify.
There're plenty of free stuff we offer and you can freely Retexture / Recolor.
Donation sets are PERSONAL itens only!!
CAN I SHARE and/or REDISTRIBUTE YOUR DONATION OBJECTS?
No. You can't share the sets you've donated for in any case...
It's bad for both you and SIMcredible...
We still offer very cool stuff for free, and there's no need to do it!
And between us... you've paid for it! Why send it to others for free if you have paid?
Also, you can't upload the itens you purchased at our donation Center
in any e-group/forum/site/FTP etc... It's ilegal and Forbidden
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO HAVE A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS?
Cause you'll receive the set you've donated for through e-mail.
ATTENTION! Aliceposta.it , Freeweb.de, Wanadoo.fr and SBCGlobal users!
These e-mail providers are not efficient when receiving large files.
They return with problems! Maybe it's a better idea inform us another e-mail address
HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THAT THE E-MAIL WITH ATTACHMENT
I RECEIVED CAME REALLY FROM SIMCREDIBLE?
Unhappilly viruses, worms, trojans and other bad treats occur daily
and many fellow creators had problems with people sending evil mail in their names...
Trying to prevent it, SIMcredible NEVER will send you an e-mail
called "Donation set" , "SIMcredible Donation set" or something similar, so simple...
All donation sets sent by us, will have a more detailed tittle,
and not only "donation set" simply .
Also, be very aware and careful with the message's size in megabytes.
We never will send to our donators an attachement with less than 100Kb.
So, suspect of messages with 34 or 43 Kb.

BUT I DIDN'T GET ANY DISCOUNT...

Certainly you've donated before the end of the year ...
As SIMcredible works with "End of Year/Season" discount packs
(all current year donation sets together with a low price )
we benefit this way people who purchased our sets at the year's end.
But we never can forget the ones who help & support us along the whole year.
So, to be fair with eveybody, we've decided the following:
 All donators that purchased all our current year donation sets separately along the year NOT using the discount pack will be receiving a pecial & unique set as gift as soon as we close the donation sets season at the end of each year
This way benefits all SIMcredible's donators :D
The ones that will purchase at the end of year will be receiving as gift a discount price and the ones who purchased ALL our sets along the year will be also receiving a gift, an exclusive SIMcredible! set in this case :)
WILL I HAVE TO WAIT A YEAR TO RECEIVE THIS GIFT?

Yes... Sorry, but how can we know that you will purchase all our donation sets
if we still didn't close the donation sets year season?
In the other hand... the donators who purchase with a
discount price also wait the end of year ;)
Don't be worried... we have all payments transactions info stored
at our database records so we will not forget any gifts!

Sorry...I can't!. It wouldn't be fair!!!
The gift will be available Yearly for donators who purchased ALL current year SIMcredible's sets
without use the end of year discount pack.
